▣ Position : Business Development

Job Descriptions

1.Marketing Planning: To develop the operating plan/POAs for designated product(s) for promotional campaigns in line with the marketing strategy.
2.Forecasting: Use modeling or forecasting tools with the help of the team leader to forecast future trends and business needs
3.Implementation of Plans: Ensure effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes.
4.Monitoring and Control: Monitor progress against designated promotional plans to ensure corrective action can be taken if deviations occur.
5.Market Intelligence: Analyze and interpret market intelligence from a range of sources, including market research to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for input into decision making
6.Develop product slides, training materials / update clinical date and results regarding the product
7.organize and conduct trainings – Product training, role-playing, presentation
8.Self Development: Implement/update personal development plan in order to develop self further within current role.

Job Requirements

- 4년제 대학 졸업자
- University graduate / Pharmacology / Minimum 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Planning/ Pharmacist
- Fluent in English
