Functional Knowledge:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical and/or research experience in a relevant disease area, or overall 4-6 years

Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Exposure with local pharmaceutical industry guidelines, regulatory/reimbursement framework, and clinical research guidelines
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to comprehend how decisions fit into the broader context of corporate strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop a network of scientific leaders and other key stakeholders (e.g., public groups, government officials, medical professional organizations)
- Proven ability to effectively convey information at country management level
- Ability to effectively partner across functions in a matrix environment
- Communication skills in English & Korean
